Bait of Satan
John Bevere

This book exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God. It is the trap of offense. Most who are ensnared do not even realize it. But everyone must be made aware of this trap, because Jesus said, "It is impossible that offenses will not come" (Luke 17:1). The question is not; will you encounter the bait of Satan? Rather it is, how will you respond? Don't let another person's sin or mistake affect your relationship with God!

Closer to Christ
Solly Ozrovech

Reverend Solly does not replace the Bible with his devotionals. He begins every daily with a Bible reading that is appropriate. This is the key to the daily – and the reader is advised to read it with the open Bible next to him or her. For instance, the Bible reading for the January 16 text is from Isaiah 55:8-9 where God says that his thoughts are not our thoughts. Read all of the prescribed reading, from verse 1-13, to fully understand Solly's daily.

Evangelism by Fire
Reinhard Bonnke

This dissertation analyses Reinhard Bonnke's evangelistic ministry in Africa, and examines to what extent his propagated "Evangelism by Fire" conforms with the New Testament ministry of evangelism. The results of an analysis of the New Testament ministry of evangelism, especially of the evangelistic ministry of Philip, provide the basis for a comparison with Bonnke's understanding and practice of the evangelistic ministry. A thorough analysis of Bonnke's publications, especially those referring to the theme of evangelism, allows a systematic insight into his understanding of the evangelistic ministry. In order to examine the conformity between Reinhard Bonnke's understanding and his practice of evangelism, expert interviews referring to his gospel crusade in Ile-Ife, Nigeria, in 2002 are analysed, and compared to his understanding of evangelism.

Questions GOD asks us
Trevor Hudson

Instead of always looking for answers in the Bbible, Ttrevor Hudson suggests that we start thinking more carefully about the questions that God asks. God desires a conversational relationship with us, and He shows this desire by asking questions. God also gives greater dignity to us by allowing us to wrestle with the questions rather than simply giving us answers.

Rockslide
Helen Brain

A family of five went on holiday to a wooden house in a forest to get away from the city. However, it rained and rained. Sunday morning on their way to church they found that the bridge was under water. They turned around. Mum tried to run on her high heels and tripped and fell. Her head hit a huge rock. Dad tried to call for help on his cellphone but there was no reception. He then left by foot and left Tim, the oldest of the three children, in charge of everyone. While away a rockslide took place and the rest of family had no option but to leave the house. Would they survive the rockslide with Tim in charge?
